Week 10 - Challenge 10! Q of ♠️
♠️ means mindset, habits and work on self. This week the challenge is to work on how we talk to and with and think about ourselves. What is the self- talk (and inherent belief about yourself) that you can deliberately change? What do you say to and think about yourself that limits you, that sells your ownself short, that puts your ownself down. Take that statement and idea and turn it on its head, turn a negative in to a positive and open a new vein of positive change for yourself. It can be as simple as “man, I’m outta shape” or “I’ve got to get fit” and, instead, saying “I’m getting in shape” or “I’m working on my fitness”. Facile example , but y’all get the drift. Then we use deliberate change in self talk to engender intentional change for our self overall… now that’s a challenge!

Apologise, Forgive And Forget, Move Forward.
If you have wronged someone (or maybe even they feel you have even if you disagree)… APOLOGISE. If someone has wronged you, FORGIVE them, FORGET them/it and move forward (but keep the receipts, ya’ll) … and I’m well aware that could mean forgiving or apologising to yourself. Don’t take this challenge lightly, please… dig into it… there is huge, game-changing value in letting go of and freeing yourself from some of the baggage we carry that we can actually deal with directly in order to progress more fully… good luck with this one…

Blood works or basslines... Diamonds means Gamechangers - so this week we are setting ourselves up with basslines from where we are to where we would like to improve toward. Setting a baseline to work from, for example: Blood work for health check , blood sugar, function, testosterone, etc. to determine diet, supps, progress Measuring body composition for body fat %, etc. to set targets for muscle gain, fat loss. Actually measuring arms, waist, chest, etc. to set a baseline for muscle and size growth or weight loss Testing for 1RM/PB in one or more lifts and exercises to set a goal for improvement.
